Anna Bocknek, the founder of Strength of Grace, is a movement and motivation expert.
She is pre & post natal certified, and draws on over 20 years of experience as a dancer & performer, in addition to nearly a decade in the fitness industry as a personal trainer.
Anna developed her unique approach to training while working with private clients in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, at one of NYC’s top studios: Rich Barretta Private Training. While at RBPT, Anna set out to combine her intuitive abilities, with the anatomical understanding of target training and bodybuilding taught by Rich Barretta, to create something truly revolutionary in fitness.
